Nigel Sun — Chief Executive Officer
Nigel is a people-first leader with over 30 years’ experience building strong teams and successful businesses across New Zealand. His career includes senior leadership roles such as CEO of Foster Construction Group, as well as executive positions in transport and logistics, where he became known for his hands on, approachable leadership style.
As CEO of All Trades, Nigel is passionate about creating opportunities for skilled workers while helping New Zealand businesses succeed. He leads with integrity, collaboration, and purpose, focused on building long-term relationships that strengthen communities and deliver real value.
Outside of work, Nigel enjoys spending time with his family.
Rebecca Eaglestone — Finance Manager
Rebecca is a highly experienced Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ financial expertise across New Zealand and international organisations. Her background spans external audit, corporate accounting, and internal audit roles across hospitality, manufacturing, financial institutions, and specialised industries.
Known for her integrity, professionalism, and clear thinking, Rebecca ensures All Trades operates with strong financial governance and transparency.
Outside of work, she enjoys family time, waka ama paddling, football and futsal, golf, and staying active.
Spencer Bartlett, General Manager, Central North Island
Spencer is a people-focused leader with a strong commitment to helping workers succeed and businesses grow. As General Manager for All Trades in Hawke’s Bay, he has spent the past three years supporting workers to integrate into New Zealand life and become valued, dependable members of client teams.
Before joining All Trades, Spencer spent 20 years as Sales Manager for a successful Hawke’s Bay–based pallet and bin operation, where he developed strong listening and problem-solving skills. These strengths now help him understand workforce needs and match the right people to the right roles.
Outside of work, Spencer enjoys maintaining balance by walking and running Te Mata Peak with his wife.
David Curtice — General Manager, Lower North Island
David is a relationship-driven leader with a strong operational background and a genuine passion for supporting people. His career with KiwiRail across fitting, operations, and inventory management gave him a deep appreciation for process, reliability, and teamwork.
Since joining All Trades in 2023, David has progressed into a General Manager role, building strong client relationships and ensuring workers feel supported as they settle into life and work in New Zealand.
Outside of work, David enjoys fishing, spending time with family and friends, and motorsport.
James Barr — Compliance & Property Manager
James leads All Trades’ compliance and property functions, ensuring the business operates smoothly and in full alignment with regulatory requirements. He oversees Immigration New Zealand accreditation, visa processes, and compliance systems, as well as managing worker accommodation across the regions.
Known for his friendly, honest, and detail driven approach, James plays a key role in creating safe, supportive environments for workers and confidence for clients.
Outside of work, James enjoys beach time, travel, darts, and spending time with friends and family.
Tanara Anderson - Business Development Manager (Waikato / Bay of Plenty)
Tanara is an operations focused professional with strong hands-on experience across trade and workforce environments. He brings a practical, can-do approach to helping teams and clients work smoothly and efficiently, ensuring day-to-day operations stay on track and challenges are resolved quickly.
Passionate about understanding people’s needs, Tanara values building genuine relationships and finding straightforward solutions that create positive outcomes for everyone involved. Guided by trust, clear communication, and reliability, he takes pride in being someone others can count on.
Friendly and approachable, Tanara enjoys working alongside both workers and clients to support success and keep things moving forward together.
